Mr. Saurabh Deepak Arora is the Chairman and Managing Director of Deepak Chemtex Limited and has been an integral part of the Company since its inception. A visionary entrepreneur with over 26 years of distinguished experience in the chemical and specialty colorants industry, he has been the driving force behind the Company’s remarkable growth and transformation.
Under his dynamic leadership, Deepak Chemtex has evolved from a niche manufacturer into a globally recognized specialty chemicals enterprise, renowned for innovation, quality, and customer-centric solutions. His strategic foresight, unwavering commitment to excellence, and passion for continuous innovation have enabled the Company to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its global footprint, and establish enduring relationships with customers across international markets.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ruia College, Mumbai (2001), Mr. Arora continues to oversee the Company’s overall strategy, business development, and operations while steering Deepak Chemtex towards sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Mrs. Trishla Baid serves as the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of Deepak Chemtex Limited and has been associated with the Company since January 2014. With over 21 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, and corporate administration, she has played a pivotal role in building the Company’s strong financial foundation.
Known for her meticulous financial planning, governance, and operational discipline, she oversees the Company’s finance, accounts, compliance, and treasury functions. Her prudent financial stewardship has been instrumental in supporting the Company’s expansion while maintaining financial stability and operational efficiency.
Mrs. Baid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stella Maris College, Chennai (1998), and continues to contribute significantly towards strengthening the Company’s financial framework and long-term strategic objectives.
Mr. Narendra Kumar Baid serves as a Non-Executive Director of Deepak Chemtex Limited and brings with him over 40 years of valuable experience in business administration and organizational management.
A graduate in Physics with honours from the University of Calcutta (1972), he has consistently provided the Company with sound guidance, strategic counsel, and invaluable business insight. His extensive administrative expertise and balanced approach to governance have contributed significantly to the Company’s sustained growth and organizational stability.
His wealth of experience continues to provide the Board with prudent oversight and long-term strategic perspective.
Mr. Manish Kankani is an Independent Director of Deepak Chemtex Limited and a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of professional experience in auditing, taxation, financial advisory, and regulatory compliance.
He possesses deep expertise in the statutory and regulatory framework governing Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and has advised organizations across diverse industries on financial management, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance excellence.
His broad financial acumen and independent perspective contribute meaningfully to the Board’s decision-making process, while supporting the Company’s commitment to strong governance and sustainable business practices.
Mrs. Daya Amit Bansal serves as an Independent Director of Deepak Chemtex Limited. A qualified
Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011, she possesses over 13 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, taxation, regulatory compliance, GST, and corporate governance.
She holds various professional certifications, including Concurrent Audit, FAFD, AML, AI Level 1 and 2, BRSR, and Data Privacy. She successfully completed the Social Auditors Certification Examination in 2023.
Her comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, taxation, RERA regulations, and governance practices enables her to provide independent oversight and strategic guidance to the Board.
Her commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical governance further strengthens the Company’s corporate governance framework.
